Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Why we need to learn  to love ourselves ?

Each one of us in the course of life have been through tough times at some point or the other .We have suffered with anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence ,lack of moral, stress  and what not.

Why so ?  Give a thought......

Because we are indulged in expectations from ourselves or expectations from others loving us or fulfilling our demands. When their is an unbalance between the demand and supply.- marketing strategy. In flow and out flow of expectations.  Bravo!

See we have made our life based on marketing strategy ,hence this leads to inflow of negative thoughts in our mind and upon non fulfillment of expectations attracts more and more negativity in our mind.

The result is...

We start feeling worthless, abandoned, rejected, feeling low. This  is nothing but we  rejected our  own self .Do we need to think that way ?

No, not of  course . We are born fighters and can face any challenge that comes our way is the true spirit - we Human's have.

How can we come out of it ?  Think......

The moment you feel low at any point of time in your life ,the only medicine that can cure you is SELF LOVE. Discover the ME in yourself. As you start loving yourself , you start attracting positive thoughts around you  that give you answer for your existence. Which in turn would attract happiness in abundance .Let us learn to create our own worth.

It's easy to say ,LOVE YOURSELF, but difficult to explain how to do it.. .Answer lies within us.

Let's search for it .

By loving ourselves we try hard to break down the walls we have built around ourselves and are opening ourselves to the universe. Learn to love yourself from round the nature that heals itself  and gives us things unconditionally in abundance.

As nothing lasts forever  but only SELF LOVE is imperishable.

So, commit yourself today  to love  your own self  unconditionally, lavishly without any apology .

The universe will bestow its love upon you in abundance only when you will know your own worth.

So, be confidence in what you have and feel comfortable in what you are. The world will be in your feet - the real conquer
