Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates ...

 When someone asked Mahatma Buddha ."What is poison ? Mahatma Buddha replied ,

"Everything which you have in excess in your life than you actually require is a poison. It may be strength, wealth, greed, hunger, pride, laziness desires, expectations, love or hate.

What is a life game of mind v/s heart ?

Everyone of us is gifted with something unique by almighty. We are neither superior nor inferior to anyone. But as the human nature is we often think from heart and repel our mind. Few of us often think from mind but repel heart this is what is the game that we play. Then we say we are at a cross road. Try and understand that situations play important role so we need to act according to the situation ,where in we have to take decisions sometimes by heart and sometimes with mind. In this game of mind and heart those who are entangled, life for them miserable or difficult.

Why make life a game of mind v/s heart ?

We all are gifted with such a meaningful and wonderful life the Why make the nectar of life poison ?

Why do we have little control over our desires that we fall in the ocean of having more and more.

Why not feel contended and happy with what you have and be grateful to the almighty for the same.

Let's understand with an example :

You are the top of your success, just be polite, respect, love everyone around you. Just do this with dignity. Be an inspiration to others. The same holds true when you see someone at the superior position then you.

Don't feel jealous or don't be out of your way that you are the target of envy or jealousy in the eyes of others.

Don't plan something sarcastic to satisfy your ego. 

What should you do ?

Learn from others the key to their success. Inculcate the habit of sharing and caring. This will help youin long run to be away of such  nexpected,   uunpredicted situations in your life. This will in turn help you feel in harmony. 

When we want or are after something , our heart and mind are always fighting a battle of who is superior. But be it mind full of thoughts of old , present or future  expectations or be it heart whose impulse is full of emotions. Both will urge us to take a biased decision of any situation that is troubling us and pave way for a clear , focused way ahead.

So can we say : Let soul win the Heart . Mind battle.

So move away from this battle of mind and heart ,let it drain to become  an  unbiased spectator of any situation that comes in your life. Let the judgement of both be considered.

Let go off your negative emotions or thoughts and hear to the call of life that has something in store so march ahead for achieving with your gut and inner strength.

Let off your ego and be an inspiration and motivation to others.

Just choose your path and act positively and purely with selfless dedication and trust to walk on path made for you.
