Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Types of skin?

Each individual has different skin types and it also depends on hormones or hereditary factors

Some have dry skin ,some have oily skin,some have sensitive skin,some have rough skin so on.Taking care depends upon skin types

Home made pastes are the best.

  • Always before applying any paste wash your face properly with soap or face wash so that the face is without any dirt.
  • Always apply peels of fresh fruits that you eat at home. Keep it for 10 to  15 minutes See the change in your skin.
  • Do this for a week or fifteen days the result will make you feel happy.
  • Make a paste of chana dal (gram) add 3-4 drops of milk and 3-4 drops of honey ,apply for 10-15 minutes .Repeat this for 7-10  minutes .Repeat this for 7 to 10 days and see the difference.The shine on your face and even can be applied on body.

  • Everyone has a little garden.Sow a plant of Aloe vera or you can buy an aloe vera gel . .For pimples and hair care you can apply the gel of   aloe vera  and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes Repeat the process  and see that the pimples from your  face has started reducing and finally gone.

  • You can even use vegetable peels  by crushing them make a paste and apply on your face.
  • You can use multani mitti (on your face,hair fuller's earth,bleaching clay or whitening clay)also it also has great impact on your skin and helps remove your black heads also.
  • You can use oats powder but as it contains lot of oil those with oily skin should avoid this scrub.
  • You can use dry fruit powder a mix as a pack or scrub to improve the tone of your face.

Whatever type of skin you have the most important is your eating habits.

sleep well ,eat well means eat healthy food a complete diet,drink lot of water .

Applying creams or lotions can be good. yes the decision depends upon an individual..

If you want to take care of your skin for a long time the home made remedies are the best, safe and cheap too.

 Most important avoid junk food or take it once a week to take care of your skin and  digestive system.
