Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Himachal Pradesh were Him means snow and anchal means region is known as DEV BHOOMI as it has many renowned  temples .It is also known for its mystic beauty and home to many goddesses . As the terrain is hilly the people  are going through hardships in their daily life but are always smiling. During winter it looks beautiful with snow covered peaks.

Nati dance form is the traditional  folk dance which is performed in Shimla,Kullu .and other districts of Himachal Pradesh. People wear traditional clothes and jewellery and is performed in many occasions.Both men and women hold hands of each other and dance to the tunes of folk songs along with local instruments that adds flavour to the dance. There are different names  given to the dance forms based on occassion like

 Kinnauri Natti being performed in new festival.

Kullu Nati being performed during Dusshera

Shiv Badar Nati as the name suggest its being performed during Shiv ratri.

Dangi is the dance form wherein group of women dance to  thank Goddess Naina Devi for good harvest. As you can witness in a beautiful traditional attire.

Chhanak Chham is another dance form which is famous here. It is performed by Buddhist were in they wear a yellow,black thiny attire with headgear dancing to the tunes of folk songs.

Jhainta is performed by both men and women .This is a very energetic dance forms where they dance on fast track of the folk songs. After days work they feel energetic by performing it as if they get rejuvenated.
