Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Have you ever experienced it ?

Giving or Sharing in any way gives us immense pleasure of doing good deed or act to the giver as well as the receiver. Thus is a two way process that pacifies the need and deed of both.

Happiness can be in the form of cherished  moments, a gift to someone or by someone , a helping hand to someone or by someone, could be spending time or even a beautiful smile that speaks your mind.

Let's look at an example ;

Imagine you went to an orphanage. There you saw kids of different ages. You went with cupcakes , chocolates, burgers to gives it is your birthday today.

You entered the orphanage and is introduced by the caretaker. You can see a brimming smile on everyone's face. They assemble and congratulate you on your birthday . But when you give the things you bought by yourself to each one you can see the emotions rolling by....

The twinkling eyes saying thanks for such a good treat as they do not have it often.

Then after distributing have you checked yourself  ?

You will experience a quite happiness of satisfaction from within ,now that the true happiness you gained today.

When you possess something or gain something ,its human nature that you get attached to it and then their is a constant fear of losing that something 

Let's see example:

you went to market and bought for yourself a smart phone which is costly .So, you will be continously conscious and are attached to it such that if someone keep it elsewhere without intimating you ,you get annoyed.

Why that reaction ?

 Because you are having feat of losing it.

But when you give or share it with others ,you have no chance of losing only gain you experience. There is only happiness  following...

As its an emotion it  is difficult to explain but it can only be felt.

We usually argue that  why should we give when no one gives us ?down your memory lane what have you to say ?

Consciously or subconsciously we all know that we are given more  then actually we are worthy of.

Thin about your family, friends and others whom you may not know much .

There are times when family comes to a  rescue, when you needed help without any expectations from you.

Friends helped you in need hour and have forgotten the deed they did .

Similarly ,there are some people in life you come across who have helped you ,actually when you least expected them  to help you.

See the sharing and caring attitude of your friends, family and other people. Be thankful to God that you are surrounded with such people who give, share and care for you.

So, make giving a habit as it elevates your happiness. For giving and sharing is totally profitable business with no fear of loss but only gain.

So let's start investing in caring, sharing and giving from today itself for being HAPPY.
