Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Culture  means the one that gives information about the particular region, people, language, food, social habits, their art form culture that prevailed long ago. They are the base of our foundation.

Heritage means the property that we have inherited from our ancestors  like the monuments, paintings, landscapes, buildings, books,

Why cultural heritage has importance ?

Since they throw light upon  the life pattern -there work like skills of craft, art  form ,food , habit. Cultural heritage even educates us about the worshipping  pattern.

Cultural heritage is the mirror of our past  paving way for future generations to learn from it.

It educates us about how from stone age to being a cultivators, to being a cattle  rearers, to making of tools , to inventing fire, to inventing   wheels, to eating cooked food , to making houses ....the list is long.

Cultural heritage educates us about how far we the human race have come in terms of advancement or technologically upgraded ourselves  and how the people in the past survived.

How to survive in the toughest times.

We can learn about the Ayurvedic treatments they used to cure people of diseases by using natural things or from nature. The archeological sites found upon excavation  has helped crack the life survival and their techniques to save life.

The most beautiful example is of water conservation, they prepared Vav the layers with stone and mud to preserve water. There are many more such examples.

Don't you think they also faced problems of flood, drought  or all such natural calamities ?

But they beautifully managed them all. Which is what we need to learn.

 They play important role to know the techniques they used for development . They are the great source even today. Many of us want to learn the art form ,craft form  and want to preserve as it has techniques of  natural  colours being used. It throws light upon many undiscovered factors .

Why countries want to preserve  cultural heritage ?

They are  the source of tourist attraction, They  help the present generations and will help future generations to know about their rich culture ,their hard work. It also highlights talent. 

Our today's dressing sense, food, traditions, culture, art, craft, language is inspired by these cultural heritages only.

In India - Taj Mahal ,Red Fort, Sanchi  Stupa, Char Minar ,Ajanta caves, Ellora caves, Agra Fort and Sun temple  are famous.

These monuments has inspired millions of art lovers, archeologists and commoners to  appreciate and learn about our past history.

Preserving cultural heritage is the need of the hour as many things are on the verge of extinct due to environmental changes.
