Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

People of Haryana are known for their stubborn built and determination .As we have all seen movie DANGAL  and SAND KI ANKH were in girls and elderly women have broken the conservative attitude and barrier to shine bright and pave way for the future generations(especially women). Amazing is it? It showcases the conservative society which still persists but now women have come forward and fought this conservative behaviour  and excelling.

Let's see the folk dance

Naach as the name suggests they all dance to the tap of dhol and enjoy. Its usually done to entertain people. where the women wear frilled skirts and a shirt along with duppata that has jaari-goota along with traditional jewellery and yes of course with jutti.This dance is performed on songs sung by their other members.With their skirts they dance gracefully with different movements that touch your heart and prompts you to dance along.

Ghoomar is also a dance form is similar to the one of  Rajasthan.

Gangaur is a dance form where all women dress up beautifully and dance to the traditional songs.

wherein they pray Goddess Gauri (Parvati- wife of Lord Shiva) to give long,healthy life to their husbands. This is similar to Rajasthan werre they also worship and keep fast of Gangaur.

Khoria Dance, Haryana, Indian Folk Dances

Khori dance is just like Jhumar  dance where  women perform in semicircle form and dance to the tunes of folk songs,wherein they mimic the wedding ceremony ,the bridegroom along with bride.Its fun to see them as the mimicry will make you laugh till your stomach aches.

Lastly ,we can say that where their is a will their is a way as in case of Haryana the girls fought the conservative behaiour and are excelling in many fields......
