Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

Important uses of Cinnamon - *  Dental caries: Take a cotton dipped in its oil   and put on affected teeth for a while. * Headache: Apply paste of its powder on           forehead. *  Indigestion/ Stomachache: Powder of    cinnamon mixed with honey or in tea or as    spice in food can be used. * Cuts and Wounds : A  good germicidal, paste   of cinnamon powder  with honey in equal    quantities help in curing  cuts and wounds. Its leaves are commonly called as ‘Tejpatra’.

Donations or offerings do wisely

Today ,I saw a video and was taken aback. So much money and other things - jewellery,crown etc we donate in religious places with a belief that THY GOD will help us or has helped me in completion of my wish. Every year we see the donations going too high. But today,  during this pandemic time  are these institutions coming forward to help the society or its people? God does not want all this. HE always wishes that the creatures he created help each other and not destroy. None of the Religious institutions came forward to help Government. Either by cash or kind. Instead giving excuses that lot is spent in maintaining or giving salary to its employees. Do you think they are right? If yes,then don't like but if  No, express your views

NAG PANCHAMI

The holy month of Sawan or Shravana is very significant for Hindus around the country, especially those who are devout followers of Lord Shiva. The month is punctuated with a string of festivals and occasions like Sawan Shivratri, Teej, Raksha Bandhan and Nag Panchami. Nag Panchami is a unique festival that is celebrated in honour of snakes. Snake God or Nag devta is considered a close aide of Lord Shiva. In popular scriptures and pictures, Lord Shiva is often depicted with a snake coiled around his neck. OFFERING OF MILK-AUSPICIOUS

Milk is offered to Nag Devta on Nag Panchami  On the auspicious day, devotees throng the temples to offer milk to the Nag Devta or the snake god. The ritual is performed on the panchami tithi to keep the evil away. Several people also observe a fast on this auspicious day or they consume only fruits, milk and light vegetarian food. The prashad that is offered to the god, also often contains milk.
