Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

 The state of health is very important for both body  and mind. It is said that "A sound mind resides in a sound body". Such kind of person completes his/her work with full concentration, even the way of thinking would be better than others. To keep both mind and body healthy , yogic exercises  prove to be very advantageous. Let's understand the difference between Yoga and other exercise. Yoga is not limited in the bounds of caste, time, age, place, religion. In Srimadbhagwat Gita the quote is " Complete development of personality is yoga". "Union of  soul with God is Yoga".  Nature as we see today wasn't like this 15 -20 years back. So much has changed that the elder or middle aged people know. How was the nature few years back ? Few years back, the nature was such adorable, admirable that we could feel the breeze of the air ,the different voices of different birds could  ne heard clearly and we even witnessed different species of birds. There was a green cover of huge, old trees that covered the road on both the sides. The fragrance of flowers was an additional happiness quotient. The herbs, the shrubs, the creepers, the climbers could be seen around adding beauty to the surroundings. What is the condition today ? Today we can see the imbalance in the nature.
