Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

1.  Explore, Practise   and Learn 
      

     To succeed in any sport, studies or business one
     needs exploring, practise, learning to develop 
     the required skills, refining techniques and 
     formulating a plan to prepare yourself for  any
     kind of difficulty that may come your way.


2.  Mentally strong
   
     You need to have tough mindset, strong from
     within to face any adversity. Do not lose your 
     self  confidence or angry or  be pessimist as it
     opens the way for your opponent  to  find  a              way to defeat you.

3.  Try and find the middle way for yourself

      In your way you may come across failures and 
      victories to achieve things. But always learn 
      from your failures as they are the path to 
      achieve higher success. Keep a  tap on yourself 
      and do not  get carried away with victory or 
      success of yours. be always grounded as the 
      more grounded you are the more great person 
      you can be.

4.  Continue despite difficulties in your way 

     The important lesson of being Power Through 
     is must. Always adopt an attitude where your 
     goal is beyond your destination as with this you
     will not only succeed but will find your way to 
     success much easier.

5.  Be the Champion 

     Never ever doubt yourself if you have decided
     something in life. Always play and compete like
     you are the best in the world.

Remember do not compete with others as the fight of being successful is with your own self. Compete with your own self  like you are the best in the world  and success will come running to your feet.
