Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates ...

Even amid possessions,

if you lack inner peace ,then

no one can save you from being unhappy.

If you want to be at pace with yourself ,you need to be free of these resentful thoughts that capturing your heart and mind.

Our heart and mind play game with us. Our brain does not believe in intangible. invisible or inaudible things. It is smart it believes in what what our eyes see, our ears hear, physical appearance of the thing. We all just run after materialistic possessions and  forget what our heart or soul really wants.

Have you ever experienced this state of mind and heart ? 

Our brain does not have faith in everything but our soul has faith in things going around and is positive about our moves.

Our soul has faith in the originator of our lives and feel that it has gifted us this beautiful life .He has gifted us all everything that we need at that moment of time and that prayers are heard and wishes are fulfilled if prayed with full dedication, devotion and faith.

We are either living in the past or highly worried about future and spoiling our present.by taking it for granted.. Our present  happiness , life, experiences the only place where peace can be felt or experienced.

Let's make our mind and soul be peaceful by having thoughts that both  believe in. Be peaceful from within.
