Instructions and precautions for yoga exercises

  Before starting yoga exercises we need to follow some instructions and take precautions for the same. Instructions. Exercise should always be done on mattress, sheet or blanket spread out on the floor. Place where you want to yoga should be neat and clean, open and well ventilated . Let it be in your room, garden, park or your terrace. Always practise yoga at normal temperature. Choose the time to practise either  morning or in the evening , three or four hours after  lunch. Try to practise at an appropriate time to avoid any issues.  One should practise everyday but not at the time when you have high fever, have pain in any part of body or your mind is disappointed. If while practising or after doing yoga you experience pain , then do not do those exercises, consult an expert. Initially do yoga exercises under the supervision of you guru or teacher as they are expert to guide you properly the postures.. Pray before and after the practise of yoga ,as it stimulates your mind and body

  • An employee should have a good rapport building with  the immediate seniors so as to share the problems related to work and personal front.

  • Welfare programmes related to education of their children, old age savings and schemes, setting up of dispensary or hospital, recreational centres
  • Organising half yearly checkups can be beneficial
  • Organising a trips  or events with family to have a strong bond between their families even.
  • Giving away the scholarship to kids with standard base of cutoff 
  • Motivating employees to indulge in activities like sports , dance, singing etc.
How employees welfare on the job and off the job can be taken care of ?
  • When an employee enters the organisation ,they can be involved in for yoga session for 15-20 minutes to have a peace of mind and body as everyone of us are at hurry and have several thoughts being occupied with.
  • There can be a light music at he background in low volume for rest of mind, in a room away from machines when they feel stress or puzzled or confused  can relax and think
  • A canteen with healthy food and a cup of coffee or tea can do wonders
  • A recreational room with different types of games can help rejuvenate
  • A books corner to update his knowledge
  • A hygienic place of work
  • Hygienic urinals
  • Motivating a healthy relationship between employees and their immediate superiors
  • Appreciating their contribution in any way that helps the industry or society in large and promoting them
Off the job

  • Various functions can be organised  based on festivals and motivate them to participate
  • Essay writing or painting, poems, quiz  on topics related to industry can be motivated and this can be used as a part of magazine being released by the organisation- thus recognition
  • Sports can be conducted and prizes can be given away to appreciate them
  • Quiz competitions actually help to understand your co workers better, helps in building strong relationship and better professional and personal development
Thus Employees welfare  or well being should be given priority  because if employees are physically and mentally strong then the organisation can progress manifold.
